It's bookmark. No, it's a key chain. It's BOTH! One with custom mini books. And a chain mail Celtic Star. You simply choose your favorite book(s) to accessorize with! So versatile: I can put different covers in the front and back of each book. The fully customizable spine has room for a name or a short message.

Resembling a shepherd's hook, these curvy Hookmarks are so named because they hook over the spine of your book. This unique design resists falling out, won't damage the pages of your book (no more dog ears!) and fits over the spine of any size book. The bookmark is made of lead-free Tibetan silver and measures approximately (6 x 1.125" or 155 x 30mm). Dangling from each are a chain mail star and your favorite mini book beads.

The Celtic Star is constructed of silver plated jump rings meticulously woven into a chain mail star pattern ( I have the calluses to prove it). It is accentuated with anodized aluminum jump rings that match the color of your chosen book cover. While I have applied a sealer to the jump rings, care must be taken with it as the color tends to scratch off easily. The Celtic star measures about 1 x 1 inch (25.5 x 25.5 mm). Simply stunning!

Constructed of polymer clay, each double-sided book measures 7/8” L x 5/8” W x ¼” H (or 24 x 18 x 7 mm) approximately. The spine has room for your name or a short message. Page ridge detail is etched on three sides of the mini-book. Carefully burnished are the beautiful covers from your favorite tomes. The mini book charms are then sealed, before repeatedly being glazed (minimum 3 coats) to a glossy finish, making them not only durable, but also water-resistant. It takes about 3 weeks, from start to finish, to complete a custom book.

Because each book pendant is hand made, minor imperfections are part of its charm, and no two will be exactly alike. You will receive something very similar to the item pictured, but not exactly the item pictured. Please make allowances for artistic freedom and understand that slight variability in the pendants is to be expected.
